Human Behavioral Endocrinology & Evolution and Cross-Cultural Cognition Lab:

The Human Behavioral Endocrinology Lab at UNLV is under the direction of Dr. Peter Gray and has examined how hormone levels are influenced by social situational factors such as music, marital status and children. Both undergraduate and graduate students have participated in these studies and many of these should result in publications.

This lab is well suited to perform assays on samples derived from non-invasive sources to determine hormone levels in human subjects. This facilitates research that involves questions regarding the nature of hormone levels as they are influenced by situational factors.
